Czech printer "instax Link WIDE" is used for large smartphones. You can easily print memories in large sizes.

Fuji Film's "instax Link WIDE" is the latest model of a smartphone printer that can be printed on twice the size of wide-format film printed in the average Czech Republic. Brianna Provenzano, a reporter from the American Gizmodo, immediately summed up his feelings for us.

Although I don't know much about my recent teens, I know I like photos very much. Teenagers like to immerse themselves in recent memories by meticulously recording rare experiences on visual platforms such as Instagram and VSCO and adding music to 15-second videos recalled in a pleasant summer on TikTok. Fuji Film's new product, instax Link WIDE, can print the phone's image into a wide format via Bluetooth, which is a very suitable tool for this method of use.

The Link WIDE is compact to a handbag with cordless and Micro USB charging cable and costs $150 (Japanese domestic price: 17,800 yen). Calabari is unfolded in two colors: Moca Gray and Ashwhite. This is a printer similar to other "Checky" series of Fuji Film, but the size of the film is different. The print size is 62 × 99 mm (the film size is 86 × 10 ~ 8 mm), which is the widest fast sol film in this factory.

The bigger the better.

Before we talk, let's make it clear that teenagers are not the only ones who like this printer. I also like this printer very much. Instax Link WIDE is the widest film format in Fuji, but it is not a big refresh from last year's instax mini Link, which prints mini-size photos by name, and instax SHARE Sp-3, which can output photos of featured plazas.

Mini Link is the most suitable for printing small photos sandwiched in a wallet or affixed to a paper clip. SHARE Sp-3 is used to print square photos, while instax Link Wide's Czech print is about twice the size of mini Link and is suitable for leaving memories. If you want a photo to decorate the dormitory and bedroom walls, or put it in a physical photo book, the large size of the printed photo makes more sense. If you want the photo to be compact, you just need to save space and save it on your smartphone. "the wider the frame, the better the memory," is actually no one's motto, but even so, large printing is very interesting, and maybe someone will say it soon.

It's surprisingly easy to use.

Fuji Film's smartphone printers are basically done in terms of ease of use, and instax Link WIDE is no exception. After opening, it takes more than an hour to fully charge (it needs to be done before the first print), but then connect the device to the smartphone via Bluetooth and press the button from the dedicated application. According to the company, about 100 sheets should be output on a single charge, and in order to save battery consumption, the power will be automatically cut off if it is not used for a few minutes.

These functions can be mastered in 30 seconds, and because of the installed design mode, you can make creative image editing on the Czech printing. Wide format large canvas, you can customize memories at will.

As nostalgic as Polaroid, but of better quality

Anyone who has used an instax camera knows that Chechsprint does not bring a headache of overwhelming picture quality, but an attractive Lofay and nostalgic effect for those who like Polaroid to fantasize about softness.

In real-time film, especially from the performance of current mobile phone cameras, the sharpness, texture and depth of the original image will decline. However, it is worth noting that, in any case, instax Link WIDE is not very stingy in image quality, saturation, hue and contrast than other real-time films on the market, including Masters Polaroid.

The wide format film of Fuji film used in Link WIDE costs US $20 for 20 exposures and US $1 for one sheet (domestic price in Japan: 10 exposures x 2 yen 3300 yen). The film used in black and white is a little more expensive $1.30 per sheet (Japanese domestic price: 2200 yen for 10 exposures). You can print one with atmosphere. Both are obvious, but the alternative is to go to the storefront development service or to buy expensive inkjet printers for consumers to use. If neither of them has this easy-to-use and interesting editing tool, I would think Link WIDE is more valuable.

Like mini Link and SHARE Sp-3, Link WIDE is a capable smartphone printer that is easy to carry and intuitive to operate, and transmits memories stored on the device to the real world in seconds. From expensive digital SLR cameras to smartphones to the brand's "X-S10" camera without digital mirrors, it is compatible with most Bluetooth-compatible devices and is easy to use. If you want to instantly and simply chop memories to people, the latest printer that can output wide-screen Fuji film is very enjoyable.
