Abe: This time, there is also a test marketing aspect, so we recruited it with "Charsung Consulting", which produces high -spec human resources.Among them, everyone who came this time was interested in working in Shiogama.

　After the participation was decided, we selected a business operator so that it would lead to a side job and prepared in advance.Preparation is provided by the Shiogama Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Tourism Exchange Division in Shiogama City.It is important not only to the private sector but also to match the people and the public together, and it will be a study for the people of the Tourism Exchange Division.

Increase "related population" with side business work

Abe: Of course.I make a slogan in the "earning local government", which makes a town development that can earn companies and regions while earning as a municipality.It is also a job to make finances with hometown tax payments and naming rights, but it does not fall off if people do not come to Shiogama.
