Frozen gyoza takeout specialty store "Gyoza no Yukimatsu", which has been featured in various media, opened in Shimogenyu, Joetsu City on July 24th.

Yukimatsu's dumplings are vegetable dumplings that are particular about domestic cabbage. Made with a secret recipe, the vegetable-centered bean paste is packed with umami and is wrapped in a chewy skin. It is juicy when baked and you can enjoy a strong punchy taste.

Freshly made dumplings produced at our own factory are frozen and sold at direct sales stores nationwide. Due to the corona crisis, it has become a hot topic nationwide because it can be purchased without contact with people.

In Niigata Prefecture, in addition to the Joetsu store, Nagaoka store, Niitsu Honmachi store, Niigata Furumachi store, and Sanjo store will open in July.
